After JC’s hinky vote, the house is abuzz with who did it. Tyler is set on clearing his name, and JC doesn’t want Tyler blamed. Either Rockstar or Kaitlyn will be evicted, and because of Sam’s Power App, they will also have the CHANCE to return to the game post-eviction. Picking up after the Veto meeting, Kaitlyn is crushed that Fessy didn’t use the POV on her as promised. Sam picks JC up like a rag doll, swearing that she wasn’t seriously going to nominate him. Tyler and Fessie have a brief convo in the storage room about keeping Kaitlyn because Tyler feels that they can control her, so he wants to keep her in the game if he can. After Sam’s explosive speech during nominations calling out Kaitlyn and Haleigh for the way they treat the men and themselves with disrespect, the houseguests are in shock. Sam explains that she is old- fashioned, and she doesn’t respect that type of gameplay because it’s the easy way out. Kaitlyn sarcastically apologizes if anyone felt disrespected. She and Haleigh vent about Sam’s speech Fessy is pissed because Sam insulted his wanna-be showmance Haleigh, and Kaitlyn is his best friend. Prior to the eviction, Fessy pulled Tyler aside to connect some dots for him. He explained that Kaitlyn told him on Day 8 that he is her soulmate. It turns out that she was telling Tyler the same types of things. After Kaitlyn failed to put together a 6-piece puzzle that production clearly intended for the evictee to complete, her eviction stood. Oddly, if she had just closed the legs of her puzzle pieces, she would have solved it. Pretty much sums up her game. After her eviction, houseguests compared stories about her. With Kaitlyn flipping her vote to save Sam, then winning HOH, she is playing it off like she didn’t cast the vote. In the storage room, Fessy, Swaggy and Tyler are talking about the vote. Kaitlyn won HOH as we saw on Thursday. The immediate question was who she would nominate.
