I guess you can say summer has officially come to an end. It starts with the Big Brother premier and ends with the Finale. What a summer it has been.  We’ve laughed, we’ve cried, loved house guests and loathed house guests but it all comes down to tonight. Who will win the $500 000 grand prize. Before we find out we need to know who is responsible for deciding who goes to the final 2. In the first of our three-part HOH we play flying high. The endurance test to end all endurance tests. The final three are on a…

What a great summer it has been watching The Amazing Race Canada Season 2. I have enjoyed every leg of this race and have loved the cast of this show more than any other I have watched.  I watched with excitement because I couldn’t wait to see who won and sadness because I am actually going to miss watching these teams in action. Everyone is flying from New Brunswick to our nation’s capital Ottawa. Once they land they have to search the airport for the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge for their next clue. All the teams are right on…

It’s finally here people! The Bachelor Canada after a two-year hiatus has returned. Canada doesn’t churn its reality TV out as quickly as our American friends but when it produces a show it does it well. Both Amazing Race Canada and Big Brother Canada have outdone their American counterparts and I see The Bachelor Canada doing the same.  Our first Bachelor Brad Smith found love with Bianca only to have it end a year and a half later. Let’s hope Tim Warmels has better luck. He has already said he will do things differently this season. He’s going to take…

Can you believe there are only 2 episodes left? It has been quite the summer! Frankie is gone, and Derrick is HOH. I was a little shocked at how mean they were post Frankie eviction til everything came clear last night. 5 hours before eviction Derrick told Frankie that he was leaving that night. Frankie was pretty upset but thanked Derrick for being honest. Then there was a little Bombsquad meeting in the HOH where Frankie went all divalicious on everyone and told them that they created the most powerful player in the game by evicting him. They are reconnecting…

It’s the semi finals and I am excited and sad all at the same time. I can’t wait to see who wins but I never want this race to end. It’s been a while since I’ve felt like that about a reality show. It’s time to say good-bye to PEI and our final four are driving across Confederation Bridge to Shediak New Brunswick. Once there they need to crash and Acadian birthday party at Dairy Queen (yes I know shameless product promotion) and prepare Blizzards and a birthday cake for a family of 4. Once done they get their next…

This has got to be THE most anticipated episode of Big Brother we have had all summer. The rewind button was pushed and we are reliving the week except Caleb is HOH instead of Frankie. Victoria has resumed her rightful place on the block and Frankie sits beside her. Frankie doesn’t understand what just happened. He’s been loyal to the Caleb and just can’t figure out why he’s on the block when there are bigger fish (Derrick) to fry. Caleb gives him some song and dance about how he didn’t put up Derrick because it wasn’t fair he couldn’t compete in…

Are you feeling a little Deja Vu this episode? We wasted a week watching a game play out we knew meant nothing and now Seed Saw his happening again! But not before some dramatic strategy talk happened. Who am I kidding, it’s BB16. Derrick is ready to let his dog Cody off his chain and attack Frankie. Caleb is on board with the plan to get our pink haired competition beast out of the house and Frankie while somewhat nervous really doesn’t sense that much trouble is brewing in the Big Brother house. He would have left the nominations the…

Hey everyone! Sorry for missing a day. Things got crazy with this new schedule! So Frankie is HOH in a week that doesn’t matter and Victoria thinks she is the house mastermind supreme. I think delusional may be contagious because she has hit Caleb levels at this point referring to Derrick as the Robin to her Batman! In what universe does that occur in. I think she put her extensions in too tight! They played the veto that don’t matter and it was BB Freakshow. This is probably my favorite competition. I love the face morphing it’s fun to watch…

We are nearing the end of this season of TAR Canada. It’s final five and we are leaving Montreal and on our way to Canada’s east coast to beautiful Charlottetown Prince Edward Island. The birth place of Canada. Fellow YRR Blogger TVTater would be amazed and horrified on this leg of the race. All these amazing relatives around him but PEI is known for eating their Taters, so I think he’d run for the hills. All the teams meet up at the airport and all are shocked to see Ryan and Rob walk up to them. These guys are like…
