Last week, Austin won Head of Household and nominated Steve and Johnny Mac for eviction! Vanessa won the Power of Veto and left the nominations intact. The house unanimously voted to evict Johnny Mac from the house and send him to jury! Now, the houseguests are competing to win Head of Household and all four jurors are battling to earn a second chance at winning the half-million dollar prize! Find out who wins HOH, which juror returns and which two houseguests are nominated for eviction below!
We begin where the last episode left off. The houseguests are hanging on for dear life in “Dizzyland,” the Head of Household/Jury competition. Not only is HOH at stake, but for the four jurors, their second chance at a half-million dollars is also at stake. Julia was already eliminated from the competition before the end of Thursday’s episode. The next person to fall is Meg. At least Grandma wasn’t the first person out this time, right? She’s slowly improving! Maybe if this show were two years long, she would eventually win an HOH! Steve is the next person to fall and be eliminated from the competition. Unfortunately, James is out next, which leaves Vanessa, Liz and all the jurors battling it out. Liz drops next and joins her sister and lover/gorilla Austin on the sidelines. At least we can thank Grod the Austwins aren’t in power for a third consecutive week! Now it is all down to the jurors versus Vanessa. If Vanessa falls, then whichever juror returns to the game will surely target her since she has had a hand in all of their evictions. Jackie is the first juror to fall from the competition and she immediately exits the house to return to the jury house. Becky falls next, followed by Shelli. John is the last remaining juror which means he has won re-entry into the Big Brother house, just minutes after being evicted! Now it is him versus Vanessa for the Head of Household. Vanessa tries to cut a deal with John to make him drop, but he refuses, saying he has business to take care of this week. However, his muscles start hurting and it becomes increasingly more difficult to hold on, so he drops. Vanessa becomes the new Head of Household! It is funny how this supposed “endurance” competition was edited to fill the first 20 minutes of the show, when in reality it only lasted like 12 minutes. People barely had time to turn on their feeds after the live eviction before this competition was over!
The houseguests head back inside after the competition and notice that John’s picture just turned back to color on the memory wall. Austin and Liz are pissed that he is the returning juror and are certain they would have been his targets since they just sent him out the door moments ago. On the other hand, Steve is stoked that Johnny Mac is back because he trusts him fully in the game, but is worried that will put a huge target on his back for working with him. News for you, Stevey boy, you are a target anyway, because you’re one of the few left in the house that aren’t Vanessa or an Austwin. Vanessa realizes that she is at the bottom of the totem pole in her alliance with the Austwins and decides to create a side alliance with John and Steve in order to protect her going forward.
As much as it pains me to even write this paragraph, I feel the need to inform you all of something horrid and disgusting. Austin and his finger puppet Liz are alone in the HOH room having a little dinner together and he asks her if she will become his girlfriend. She accepts and says that she is on cloud nine after making it official. She also says that he better break up with his “other girlfriend” when he gets out. News for you, sister, he’s already a single man! You can have him!
Vanessa meets with James and Meg in the HOH room to pump them for information. She’s hoping that they will spill some info to her before she nominates them for eviction. She leads them on to believe that John is her target for the week and that she needs one of them to go up as a pawn. James and Meg both offer to go up and begin arguing and trying to fall on their swords for one another. This throws up a red flag to Vanessa that they are very tight and she decides that this duo needs to be split up right away since duos are a threat. Never mind her own alliance features a trio. But whatever, Vanessa is playing her own game and it’s working pretty well for her so far.
It is time for the nomination ceremony! Everyone gathers around the dining room table and Vanessa reveals her two nominees for eviction. She has decided to target James and Meg for eviction, which is not shocking at all. She throws out some lame chess reference about how she is putting a King in check and a King is nothing without his Queen.
