Big Brother Canada 4: Episodes 19 & 20 Blog Recap

Maddy has put Jared and Kelsey on the block and the Third Wheel went into an immediate pity party for themselves. I don’t understand is all Jared can keep saying. What don’t you understand Jared? You’re lies were revealed before Mitch left and Maddy isn’t going to take your crap the way the rest of the house is. You messed with the wrong girl. Cassandra is playing Maddy pretending to want to work with her, and Tim and Nikki say she was so brave for doing what she did. Maddy is stressed and doesn’t even want to leave her room because Jared’s sulking somewhere. He found himself in the bathroom angry with Ramsey, who had nothing to do with the nominations and told him so. Poor Jared you actually have to talk to the person that put you on the block. He bites the bullet and talks to Maddy. She assures him he’s not the target but she had to do it to take a vote away from Kelsey. He feels he had the right to be told and Maddy tells her she didn’t owe him anything. YES! Maddy. Thank you for holding your ground and not bending to Jared.

Nikki, Cassandra and Raul are playing for Veto. Jared is pretty excited at his whole alliance playing with the two weakest players. Joel leads our blind mice into the middle of a giant maze they need to navigate through and collect the 4 different emblems hidden in the corners of the maze. Jared had a heads up in this competition using Fire Fighting School tactics to make his way through this maze, and with his advantage he helps Kelsey. Poor Nikki is wanting to give up and takes a little nap. I think she needs to be checked for narcolepsy. On his third emblem Jared has a hard time finding it! It’s right in front of you Jared, just stop digging! The Third Wheel all have 3 emblems and Nikki is just begging someone to win it. With Raul’s help Jared finds his fourth emblems and he directs him back to the center to hit the buzzer. Jared easily wins Veto.

Now that Maddy’s plan has crumbled she has a decision to make. Put up Raul which is easy or take her chances on a pawn. Cassandra lays it on the line for Kelsey. The only way to stay is to lose Raul. She’s going to have to distance herself from Kelsey and suck up to Maddy. Cassandra now has a mission and when Cassandra has a mission she doesn’t fail. Raul your days are most likely numbers. Cassandra is massaging Maddy’s ego in all the right places. Saying Kelsey will go next to Raul and how Mitch will be so happy to see one of the three walk in the jury house by her hand.

It’s been 7 weeks now and Big Brother has gotten sick of the pig sty the BBCAN grand has become. Big Brother has tasked them with cleaning the house in 20 minutes. If the succeed the get a pizza party and booze. Always a great mix. In a drunken game of spin the bottle that buzz kill Jared didn’t want to play, Kelsey had to kiss Nick. She gives him a kiss that lasted all of 2 second and Jared storms off to the hot tub. Angry at Kelsey she tries to talk to him. In an argument that lasted literally hours the cliff notes are I’m an insecure, jealous dick and you should know how I feel and therefore you should never have kissed a guy I don’t like. I don’t know how Kelsey stood his tantrum for as long as she did. She eventually got sick of him and went to talk to Cass. She put it perfectly. In the real world you’d cut his ass for that behaviour but were playing a game to keep him for now and cut cut cut later.

Maddy and Ramsey discuss their options. Raul vs Joel, Raul makes more sense to split up the three, but Kelsey could be left in the house.  Jared in the light of day and sober sees he was an idiot and repairs his relationship with Kelsey. Raul has now clued in to the fact that he might be going home and proposes to Maddy that he will vote Kelsey out and work with her from here on out. Maddy isn’t trusting that he’d turn against his BFF’s. After an indignant speech about how she doesn’t regret any of her decisions since coming back in and how she wants Jared to use the Veto on himself because she’s so proud of him and he deserves it. She is also sorry that Maddy doesn’t get to see them campaign against each other all week. Jared of course uses the Veto on himself after saying how hard it was to not use it on his friend. To not ruffle any feathers Maddy replaces Jared with Raul.

I don’t know about you but I’m totally experiencing Deja Vu with Kelsey and Raul back on the block. The difference this week is that neither of them are prepared to let the fates decide the eviction. Raul has decided he’s done enough for the 3rd Wheel it’s time to look out for number one. He lets Kelsey know that this week he will be campaigning for himself. Jared will always be on her side so he had to fight back. He promises us kinky and spicy Raul.  Kelsey is totally understanding of Raul’s need to fight this week. Cassandra has a plan all her own though. Operation Save Kelsey is in full effect. She is continuing her fake friendship with Maddy, who suspects nothing, and pushes for a Raul eviction.  Raul sees he needs to get the brothers on board and spills a lot of Third Wheel Tea to Phil in hopes to get their vote. Eagle eye Jared notices Raul and Phil leave the pantry and his spidey senses are tingling. He confronts Raul in the morning and he tell Jared that he needs to sever ties. Jared being the toddler he is doesn’t take the news well and storms out of the room. Kelsey, again is being the sane one in this duo tells Raul to let it go, he needs coffee and food. I can’t believe that Jared really expects Raul to just give up his game so they two of them can stay together.

In the midst of the drama Big Brother has some fun with their Meme Maker with the house. They show them some of our best meme’s and gets each of them to make their own funny Memes . They get to decide who the funniest is and the winner gets a prize. Here are the house guests Meme’s. Who do you think’s was the funniest. The House guest decided that Tim’s Meme was the funniest and he won a $1000 Brick gift certificate. FYI it wasn’t shown on the show but Tim had decided to donate his gift card to charity instead of shipping furniture to Australia. Isn’t that sweet?

Cassandra knows they need the brothers on their side and along with Kelsey goes to solidify their vote. Kelsey is just digging her hole deeper with the brothers and Cassandra is getting so mad and just wants her to shut up before she undoes all her work. Raul  goes to work on the middle of the house campaigning to Ramsey, Joel, Maddy and Nick. He explains that the Third Wheel is over and that he wants to join the middle to create an uprising. unfortunately along the way he ends up insulting a few of them, calling Ramsey and Joel a floater and telling Maddy her power is over. He tells the brothers they are Jared’s next target spilling all of 3rd Wheel’s secrets. He’s promising Joel none of them will go up as his initial noms or backdoors. He starts talking about Cassandra who is listening on the other side of the door. Hearing her names busts in and tells them to talk about her to her face.

It’s time for the vote and Raul says that he will make new bonds and new alliances if he’s kept. Kelsey just asks them to do what is best for their game. In a vote of 6-1 Raul is evicted from the Big Brother House. He explains giving up the Veto to Jared as his last gesture of friendship before cutting his ties with them. Arisa wastes no time telling the rest of the house guests that Canada has been voting for who they would like to see HOH and the two highest vote getters will compete in BBCAN Roulette to determine the HOH. Canada voted Nikki and Nick and Phil to compete in the game of chance. One by one each houseguest goes into the high roller room and drop a ball onto the roulette wheel. It will land on either a picture of either Nikki or the brothers. The first person to 4 balls wins the HOH. If there is a tie Maddy with throw a ball and break the tie. The wheel reveals that our new HOH are the Paqs Brothers Nick and Phil. Let the game begin. Are you guys happy with Canada’s decision. I wish Nikki had won. I am just waiting to see what that girl would do with a little power but a Paquette reign of terror will be a fun time too. Who do you think will be evicted this week? Comment below and let me know.
