Our favorite Wiccan Carlton Gebbia is all over #RHOBH news today about how she was not portrayed in the best light on the last season of Housewives of Beverly Hills. In a sit down with Andy Cohen, Lisa Vanderpump reveals that the way the show was edited, its no wonder why she would want to ever on back to the show. Lisa V, continues, “I felt that in that season they didn’t get a great break. I think the dynamic of the show was so focused at having a go at me, they lost their way a little bit. It became too negative. I think they weren’t shown in their entirety. That really kind of bothered me,”
Referring to his latest book “The Andy Cohen Diaries: A Deep Look at a Shallow Year”, Andy Cohen adds; “I made the point in my book that I thought that Carlton specifically got an unfair shake. Talking to her at the reunion, we portrayed her as a bad witch, but also she’s a PTA Mom — we portrayed her, all the sex stuff and the Wicca stuff, and that was kind of it. I know that there was more to her and I felt that she got an unfair shake. I think that it would have been more interesting if we had shown… like oh yeah this woman likes having these sexy parties, but she’s also a PTA Mom,”
When asked if she’d return to the show, she revealed she had no plans and that that she had not made peace with Kyle Richards. Full Story
I think no show can portray someone 100% percent. Like many actors who play themselves on TV and guest spots say it’s just an “extension” or “exaggerated part” of their selves.
Personally, I liked Carlton Gebbia on the show and wish she was still on it.
