Miami Girl has come and gone and its time to deal with the fallout from that. It’s Ken’s birthday and Lisa and the family meet up to celebrate. Of course Kristin’s antics are brought up. Lisa is 
really torn between wanting to fire Kristin and suspending her. Because she’s been there for so long she has this misguided sense of loyalty to her. Pandora and Max both agree that she needs to be fired which seems to help Lisa make up her mind. Kristin carries on with life as if nothing happened, attending an even James is DJ’ing with Jax and Carmen. While there Jax and Carmen get in an argument. Jax wasn’t very nice to her and she accused him of talking to other girls so he tells her to check his phone. She has no desire to but Kristin jumps right in there to check it of course. Being nosy Kristin she actually reads all the text messages she can see and shocking she finds one from a girl in Vegas that Tom Schwartz supposedly slept with but they are both just going to say they made out. So now that she has tried (and failed) to ruin Tom and Ariana’s relationship she is not focusing her efforts on Tom and Katie’s. Just one more piece of gossip that Kristin and obsess over. You can’t say that Jax didn’t have that open and ready waiting for someone to check his phone. Jax and Kristin should be together, they deserve each other.Preview
Both Tom’s and Ariana are having a drink with Sheana and Shay. They can’t get over what Kristin had done either. In the middle of them having a fun time and discussing Sheana’s upcoming wedding Schwartz gets a text from Jax. He finds out that Kristin knows about Vegas girl so now he’s in a panic. Any information in Kristins hand is dangerous and now he’s walking on borrowed time. He pulls Katie aside at the bar and tells her that he made out with this girl and Vegas, there may have been some touching of areas but definitely no sex…..not that he can remember. Katie is hurt and angry but doesn’t want to ruin the night. Back at home they sit and talk it through. She is angry that he only told her because he felt threatened. She can handle the make out session but what she can’t stand for is the lies. She tells him he’s not ready for a girlfriend, nevermind marriage. Tom has a lot of making up to do and it’s going to start with sleeping on the couch. Would you be able to forgive the cheating AND the lying?
It’s Kristin’s first shift back at SUR since the whole Miami Girl craziness happens. She is still thinking she did nothing wrong and is going in thinking she may get suspended 
but doubts that would even happen. Lisa and Ken meet up with Diana and Guillermo for one last meeting before Kristin arrives. When Kristin is called in, Lisa doesn’t want it to be a 4 on 1 confrontation so she sends the boys to the bar. Lisa is adamant that Kristin orchestrated the whole show down and her behaviour 
towards Diana was totally uncalled for. Just because you aren’t clocked in doesn’t give you the right to come to her restaurant and disrespect her management staff. Kristin absolutely refuses to take responsibility for her action…as usual….and Lisa throws down the hammer. Kristin you are no longer welcome at SUR and you don’t work her anymore. Angels are sings hallelujah hallelujah!! Ding dong the bitch is dead. News ripples through SUR like wild-fire! The moment of the evening is when the kitchen staff do a happy dance at the news. Tom’s dancing a jig. Kristin is no longer working at SUR! The world rejoices.
Schwartz now goes to confront Jax. He thanks him for throwing him under the bus, which Jax denies. He claims Kristin stole his phone which 
we all know is a bunch of garbage. What I don’t get is why all these people like about things they know were filmed for TV. The truth is going to come out eventually Jax, it always does. As always he’s thrown his friends into the fire to save his own ass and Tom’s had enough. He’s kept ALL Jax’s sercrets and this is how treats him. Because Tom isn’t bowing to Jax and believing his lies Jax tells Tom to get out of his apartment. Has Tom finally woken up to Jax’s nonsense. Maybe now that Katie has come out of Stassi’s control and Tom has woken up about Jax the two of them can finally work out their relationship together without all the outside noise. I like Katie and Tom together (minus all the baby talk PLEASE) and hope they can work past this.
